Refund & Cancellation Policy (रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीति)

Thank you for choosing Jaipur Media School. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully before making a purchase.

• Nature of Product
  • All study materials, guides, and notes sold on our platform are Digital Products (PDFs / Online access).
  • Once a digital product is purchased and the download link or access is provided, it cannot be physically returned.
• No Refund Policy:
  • Due to the digital nature of the content, we follow a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy.
  • Once the payment is successfully completed, no refund requests will be entertained under normal circumstances
• Exceptional Cases: We will issue a full refund or replace the file only in the following exceptional cases within 48 hours of purchase:
  • Double Payment: If your account was charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • Corrupted File: If the downloaded PDF/file is corrupted or inaccessible from our end, and we fail to provide a working link within 3 working days of reporting.
• Refund Processing:
  In case of a valid double payment, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank account/Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days as per standard banking procedures.
